Amazing store with an impressive inventory, but more importantly, the service is absolutely superb. I expressed that I wanted to buy a Japanese made overdrive pedal. The gentleman who helped me selected about 7 different pedals for me to try. He gave me the freedom to tinker with the tone and did not pressure me to buy anything. Then, as I was playing he started manipulating the tone of the pedals and switching back and forth between them. He would even play with the volume and tone knob on my guitar as I was improvising. It was awesome. He was truly knowledgeable about each pedal he gave me and I could tell he had a great grasp of tone in general. The selection is among the best in Tokyo, offering new, used, Japanese, American, and more. The prices are compatible unless they’re on sale. If on sale pick it up cause you ain’t gonna find better. I only worked with one guy and I can’t say enough. The guy worked so hard I never even got his name. I’ve NEVER had service like that from anyone anywhere. Before ringing up the purchase he did a full set up. Because I’m not from Japan he did the paperwork for a tax-free purchase. When I told him I was taking it on a plane he packed it up unbelievably well. As I was about to leave he checked his phone and saw that it was going to rain in about 2 hours.
