Purchased back in April 2024, these two matching handmade rings have fast become my favourite pieces of jewlery! Hasami-ring R84 in silver & an identical one in 18k gold (gold is one of a kind as far as I know). I intended for these to be worn separately, but they fit perfectly together, so I wear them together all the time! Amazing quality and design. They're nice and sturdy, so I never have to worry about damaging or bending them. The pictures don't do them justice! It was incredibly stratifying watching the silver ring polish itself over the course of a year. I have my eyes on the bar-ring-gd R006 next to continue the matching gold and silver theme. Ken Scratch is a must visit shop for anyone in Tokyo! Ken, the owner, was incredibly kind, generous, and entertaining. Speaking amazing English, we were able to chat easily about the rings and his passion for making unique jewlery. He even modified a silver necklace for a friend in 20 seconds flat to accommodate our request to lengthen it a little! What amazing service! A gorgeous locally owned store. My only complaint? It's an 8 hour flight away, and I have no idea when I'll be back 😭

Kenji-San and his staff were very kind and friendly the moment i walked in. The first thing I noticed was the large amount of hand-made rings an bracelet this little studio was displaying. There was a very sweet and curious female associate who was there to guide and explained to me how some of the rings were made and how certain jewelry will age over time. Kenji-san joined in and we had a very fun conversation about all the rings he was wearing on his fingers and I told him that he reminded me of the Mandarin and his ten rings (Marvel comic). It was here where I learned that when you boil sulfur and silver together, you will end up with a black matte coated silver. And well... the rest is history. Take my money Kenji-san!

My friend found this shop on Instagram, and I’m so grateful she kept persisting for us to go. My friends and I are on different ends of the fashion spectrum but we all walked away happy with our purchases. The jewellery here is incredibly unique and carefully hand crafted. You can watch them in the back making the jewellery while you shop. Truly a shop not to be missed. There’s a piece for any price range so don’t be deterred just because their pieces seem rare. Service is great and attentive. President Ken is so great. What a fun individualistic man! Thank you for the gift 😊
