Don’t worry if you can’t speak Japanese! The booking website is straightforward with web translation tools. I selected the 1 hour ear shower session for 6500 Yen. The experience itself went well and it was refreshing! They have been featured on YouTube, so I would go there and watch them operate before considering going for a visit.
At the door, you are seated, given a light refreshment, and then you select your course.
Then you are asked if you would like an eye mask to use during your session.
The tools are also sterilized in an oven before your session for safety reasons.
FYI they also accept prepaid vanilla gift cards on top of cash/credit/debit, in case you are given one as a gift.
Most importantly, although the staff is very very accommodating to non-Japanese speakers, it would help to learn some simple key Japanese phrases like “Daijoubu desu” and “onegaishimasu” to help your session run smoothly.

We did head massage, should massage and ear cleaning. The massages were so enjoyable that we both fell asleep. We both did ear cleaning for the 1st time. The staff were super patient and considerate.
