不忍池と御徒町の商店街のいずれにも近い位置にあるにも関わらず、休日でも比較的空いているため、利用しやすいドトールです。一方入り口前の歩道がかなり狭く、さらに目の前の車道は平日休日問わず車が多く行き交っているため、カフェへの出入りの際は充分注意する必要があります。 1階と2階の2階構成で、2階との昇降は階段のみとなります。2階に喫煙スペースがあります。給仕されるドリンクや料理、スタッフの接客の質は、他のドトールとほぼ変わりありません（外国人スタッフによる接客対応の場合がありますが、日本語対応も流暢でほぼ問題ありません）。

Despite its location close to both Shinobazuno Pond and the Okachimachi shopping district, the cafe is relatively empty even on holidays, making it an easy to use Doutor. On the other hand, the sidewalk in front of the entrance is quite narrow, and the roadway in front of it is busy with cars on both weekdays and holidays, so you need to be very careful when entering and exiting the cafe. 場所的に観光客は入りますが、地元客はあまり入りません。というのも、わたし的には、ドトールはこれまで３０店舗以上は訪れたことがありますが、ここほどスタッフの感じがよくない店は他にあまりない、と思われるからです。全体的にぎすぎすした雰囲気が漂っている感じがします。忙しいでしょうが、おばちゃん、もう少し楽しそうにやってもらえたら、ありがたいです。若いスタッフが長続きしないのも気になります。

もっともドトール全体の質がこの２、３年ひどく下がっていますので、この店だけが悪いとも言えないのかもしれません。ドトールは、最近客のニーズをあまり考えていないように思えるのは、わたしだけならいいのですが、、、。

また、喫煙者をひどく軽視した、申し訳けばかりの喫煙ブース（他店に比べて明らかに狭くて劣悪）も不評をかっています。特に２階の椅子席の、いかにも、長時間いられたら迷惑です!!、という気持ちが伝わってくるようなレイアウト。他店に比べて、快適な場を提供しようという気持ちがあまり感じられない、というのが常連たちの意見です。どのドトールにも長時間粘る客は１割くらいはいるものですが、常連のほとんどは、迷惑になるほどには長居はしないものです。（このことがここの経営者には、わかっていないような気がします。） 明らかに、以前にくらべて客足が落ちている、というの...
