Ever since moving to Tokyo a year and a half ago, I have been a loyal customer of Murano Laboratories! I originally met Jin-San and Natsumi-San (the owners) when I was a hair model for the salon. They dyed my hair from brunette to blonde and ever since, I have chosen to only get my hair styled at their salon because I can trust 100% that it will look amazing each time! In addition to their hair expertise, I feel very comfortable with them because they lived in New York (where I’m from) and speak English fluently. Hair is very important, especially for me as a model, so I need to be sure that it will look good every time. Murano Laboratories has never disappointed me and I will continue to get my hair done there as long as I live in Tokyo

A friendly and highly skilled stylist who is fluent in English and experience with various backgrounds of hair. I had a great experience at the salon, from the beginning with consultation, I was made to feel comfortable. Jin really understood what I was looking for with my wavy, thick hair.
