I have been to Japan several times before, but now I was going to live and work there. I have heard that it's a bit hard for foreigners to find a suitable home, especially if the owners do not want any foreigners renting their apartments/houses. Therefore, I was looking for an agency who has experiences with foreigner friendly owners. While I was searching for suitable homes, I found N Asset and they offered me their support from the very beginning on. Lin-sama was very patient while showing me more objects and answering all my questions. He was also very patient when I could not decide which object was the best and helped me to find some more possibilities to compare with my favourite objects. He communicated between the owners and me with much effort, which I appreciated very much. He also was so kind to take a video for me to show me my favourite object in more detail as I still was in my home country. All the application process could be done from abroad, which was very helpful as after arriving in Japan, I just needed to sign the contract and do all the payments. Even during the payment process, Lin-sama was very kind and understandable and he also even gave me a ride to the house to see it directly before moving.

In conclusion, I can very recommend this agency and Lin-sama as they are very kind, very supportive, very patient and put a lot of effort to find the most suitable place for their clients.

The location is very convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station’s C2 exit and right behind the Kiss Tokyo monument, which makes it easy to find. The team here is very supportive, and they have English-speaking staff available, which made the whole process a lot easier. They understood my needs and helped me find the perfect apartment with clear communication every step of the way.
