Not sure how this place get such mixed reviews but I had a pleasant experience from the whole team during my purchase. Probably cause I came in on a rainy day and everyone was quite available. I went in looking for a specific bag but it was out of stock however they had 3 other shops that had it. So I said let me know the address and I will go see it, but instead they offered it to be delivered within an hour just so I dont have to go searching for it. Super arrogant attitude of staff to loyal customers who bought a lot from them. They will lick you from head to toe when you are purchasing something, once you have an issue with their "quality" product you will be sent out with no respect. Occurred on July 14 around 13:00.
