My massage (with Mayu, I believe her name was?) was spectacular. However, I seemed to have a similar problem accessing the building, as at least one other reviewer here, mentioned. My massage was on a Saturday night at 21:00, and I entered the apartment/room/suite number, and then the 'call' button. Someone inside the spa answered, and I gave them my name. Then I heard a 'buzz', but.... I was unable to open the door. So I rang them again, and again, a 'buzzing' sound, but still I was unable to open the door. I tried a third time....told her (in Japanese) that the door wasn't working, and she said something back to me in Japanese that I didn't understand. So at that point, what could I do? I just stood there and waited, and after about a minute, she came down and opened the door for me. UPDATE: After having a third massage here, I now get the strong sense that, for whatever reason, they don't buzz customers in, but instead, they come down to the ground floor and open the door for you. Perhaps this is because the buzzer doesn't work, or - what I suspect may more likely be the case - they may do this for security reasons...they feel more comfortable actually seeing your face, clearly, and in person, before just buzzing you in. I suspect this because the spa space is very small...essentially treatment rooms only, plus a small bathroom, and there's no actual 'reception' area that I've ever seen, nor any separate staff to greet you/let you in. It seems the masseuses here do it all, also managing the flow of clients entering/exiting, in between their giving actual massages. This is also why, once your massage is over, it's best that you quickly put your clothes back on and prepare to leave. And I say this because, after each massage I've had, the masseuses were clearly waiting for me to exit the room, so that they could then escort me to the elevator. (Mind you, this was all done in a nice way, and I never got the sense they were being 'impatient', but rather, that they were patiently waiting for me to exit the room, and eventually, the spa itself.) I think this is all for their security, and because they may have back-to-back clients. I believe all the doors auto-lock, once they close again. (Oh, and I'm now an official fan of 'corn tea'. Never had it before, but this is now the second spa that offered it to me upon...
Read moreHas anyone ever taking a shower with your clothes on. Well that’s what this massage felt like they had you put on T-shirts and shorts is the first time I’ve ever had a massage with clothes on. I also reserved a massage for a foot massage. Well, I didn’t get the foot massage. I got a shin massage. They probably spent two minutes at a 30 minutes on both of my feet. I wasted my money and I...
