We had an incredible experience today on Soshiâs private bike tour of Tokyo! My 16-year-old son and I both agree it was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Soshi is not only a fantastic guideâheâs warm, funny, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about sharing Tokyoâs hidden gems.
The route was thoughtfully planned, taking us through charming neighborhoods, quiet backstreets, vibrant local spots, and places we never would have discovered on our own. The pace was perfectâeasy to keep up with and very comfortable, even for someone who hasnât been on a bike in a while. Soshi struck the perfect balance between history, culture, and fun.
It was such a unique and personal way to see Tokyo, and my son especially loved the mix of adventure and insight. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the city in a fresh, engaging, and unforgettable way....
Read moreA great way to start your Tokyo trip. The first time I visied Tokyo,I got to see the Tsukiji Fish Market, the fashion district, the harbour, several beautiful temples (as well as a better appreciation of their significance), and a full sized Gundam.
The second time I visit Tokyo, I was lucky enough to make some requests regarding our route which lead to a fantastic journey through some amazing parts of Tokyo that I would never have found if I hadn't had such skilled tour guides.
Definitely ask lots of questions. They have great guides who were able to help me shape my visit to Japan in a much more exciting way than my original plan.

Our guide was Soshi and he was precise, attentive (offered us water before the tour and snacks afterwards), informative, and just plain fun to hang out with during a bike tour though the busy streets of Tokyo. Before the tour, Soshi also gave us careful instructions on how to ride in Japan (left side of the street, avoid bell ringing, sidewalk can be okay, etc). We are city bikers in California but still found it helpful to understand the differences in Japanese cycling etiquette. We especially appreciated that the bikes we used were fantastic (Tokyobikes, actually) and that Soshi guided through residential areas we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Arigato...
