Being a tourist visiting the store the first time, I had to look for a staff member that can assist me to look for what I wanted. Sales associate Fujinami was friendly and welcoming even though her English was limited. She was able to direct me to the right location in the store to find what I was looking for. I had questions about the fit of the Blazer I was trying on and questions about the material used. We ended up using Google Translate and the experience was seamless. She did not pressure me into buying the blazer and upselling other products; I will definitely come back to this store the next time I visit Tokyo and I will also consider ordering other blazers online in the future since now I know what size fits me. Good collection of different styles of suits. Neck ties and bows were on higher ends, could find good deals in other shops. Do check out multiple outlets of Suit company, as campaigns/discount deals depend on different dealerships. They charged 500 yen extra for Pant fitting , which was not good as it was purchased in their store itself. Unfortunately, off the rack did not fit as my shoulders were too big, the proportions are not flattering, you need to get a custom fit. So if you have enough time in Tokyo and have a muscular build, go and have your order/fit in advance as they saidnit takes up to 30 days. Would...
