This is my 4th Mitsui Garden Hotel stay as I've stayed at their other locations before and had the privilege to stay at their newest one in Yokohama last year after a few months of opening. They have been the best hotel stays I've ever experienced.
Their customer service is always top notch. It's their custom and in their culture to have top notch customer service so I'm not surprised to experience this here.
Not only they have great customer service, they will go above and beyond to help you if you need. I needed to exchange something at a store, and Ms. M. Wakuri (I think that's her name) helped me call the store to see if I can make the exchange. I've never requested something like this from a hotel that's out of their "responsibility" before. I think it's outside of their scope of work, at least. I can't believe she was able to help me.
On top of this, their cleanliness, breakfast buffet, and their free drinks for you in the room was great! Their bar with snacks/appetizers were open until 11pm, and I loved that.
The views from the hotel is great and the best part for some is that Don Quijote is right across the street. LOL. If your trip consists of a lot of shopping, this is the place for you. Its a short distance walk from the Ginza and Asakusa Tokyo Metro line too.
I would stay here again. The other locations I've stayed at are the Nihonbashi, Kyoto Kamawarachi, and...
Read moreThis isn’t just a building—it’s Tokyo’s heartbeat. The Seiko clock tower at Ginza 4-chome doesn’t just tell time, it tells history. 🕰️⛩️ Born in 1932, scarred by war, rebuilt by stubborn beauty, and still standing tall over the neon frenzy. You look up, see those hands ticking, and you realize: Tokyo keeps moving, but some things remain eternal.
Inside? Pure elegance—marble floors, curated light, watches that feel more like heirlooms than objects. It’s where craftsmanship meets obsession. Where precision is worshipped. Where time feels… heavier, almost sacred.
Come here at dusk when the lights glow and the tower sings Westminster chimes—suddenly, the chaos of Ginza melts into rhythm. It’s a reminder that time isn’t money here—it’s memory, legacy, and soul.
If you’re in Tokyo and skip this, you’ve missed the city’s pulse. 💥🇯🇵

Surrounded by a mix of luxury and affordable shops, amazing dining options, and vibrant activities, it’s a must-see spot when...
