The On Ginza store is newer than the On Cat Street store and Ginza is much larger. There is also no QR code registration process at Ginza like at Cat Street. I visited both stores and I would recommend visiting Ginza first and only going to Cat Street if your size is not available at Ginza. I was searching for the Cloud Coast in two colors for me, my husband, and a friend. I found 1 of each at Ginza, but had to go to Cat Street to get the other color for all 3 of us (and it was just luck that they had it because the Ginza store cannot check what the Cat...

I had a wonderful experience at On Store Tokyo Ginza. The store has a great atmosphere and a fantastic selection, but what made my visit truly special was the amazing service. I especially want to thank Saki-san, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She guided me in choosing the right items with great care, and her English was excellent, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate her warm hospitality.
