Came here to try their waffles and ice cream. Ordered their banana waffle with coffee almond fudge ice cream for RM21. I was the only customer at 5.45pm on a weekday. It was made to order and took about 15 minutes.

Portions were huge and made with love. The chocolate drizzle was well distributed. The waffle was fluffy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Sweetness was just right. The ice cream was also surprisingly robust, nutty and wasn't sweet.

The ambience is top notch with friendly staff and exceptional service. You really can't ask for more in a great ice cream shop. Easy recommendation without hesitation.

On a side note, I tried their classic chocolate and durian ice cream sample. The chocolate was robust, smooth and tasted like Ferrero Roche chocolates but much less sweet and more chocolatey. However, it wasn't exceptional. The durian ice cream was decent but tasted a...

This outlet has officially lost me as a customer. The long-haired staff—rude, unfriendly, and frankly, discriminatory—has been a consistent issue. This isn’t a one-off incident; it’s a repeated pattern of bad behavior. I’ve personally experienced his cold and dismissive attitude multiple times, and I know I’m not alone—there are already other similar complaints online.

What’s even more frustrating is that the owner had previously responded to these reviews with an apology, claiming the issue would be addressed. Yet, absolutely nothing has changed. If anything, the staff seems to feel untouchable.

As for the product? The ice cream isn’t even properly frozen—it’s soft, half-melted, and totally underwhelming.

It’s unacceptable that poor service and subpar quality continue to be tolerated. I’ve given this place enough chances....

Was turned off by the cashier who actually rolled eyes at me for requesting for a change in flavour. Service looks great but full of fakeness. Spoiled an otherwise good Ice-cream outing.

Long and short, we paid for the ice cream, my kid wants a change in flavour, I ask if I can change one of the flavour, the cashier said I have already paid and need to pay 2 RM more which I have no issue, but he was pulling a long black face, and clearly he was trying to make me feel uncomfortable.
