Starbucks AEON Bukit Indah — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

We ordered butter chicken pie, the staff took around 15 minutes to prepare, then before it served, we smell something burnt. As refer to the photo, even all of us can smell the burnt, but this was still served to us with the cover upside down. The staff purposely try to cover up the burnt part. Of course it is not eatable anymore. We asked for changing, and the leader finally come out to explain it’s frozen, so can’t be serve now. As the time is almost 9:30pm, we don’t want to wait anymore, then we choose Thai Basil Danish which is something won’t go wrong and it does not need to defrost. Unfortunately, after another 15 minutes, the staff was taking her own sweet time preparing the food, FYI at that time not even have another table of guests… Finally, it’s served to us, but it was still cold inside. Services: It took quite a while (more than 10 minutes ) to prepare a latte, with I am the second customer, can't imagine what may happen during busy hours. Some rocket science in coffee making? Quality: Taste slightly better than the worst 3 in 1, basically candy drinks that taste a bit like coffee, but sold in premium price. The staff here are gem. They are attentive and I have no difficulty communicating with them in english like I do with many places in Jb . Sha and Afiq are so kind to cater for my dad when I told them that he is blind and might knock over the paper cup. Sha went in and found a mug and Afiq make sure that it's not too full in case my dad spill the coffee on himself. Malaysia need more staff like them.
