Very rude service. The first time when I was there around 9.50pm, the time should be last call. As usual, I wanting to order pick up before I arrive, but the app fail me. When I reach, I try to enter the app again, it said the drinks no longer available. Then I went to refer to cashier, when that time there was a customer before me, I asked the Malay girl cashier, can u help me with the app using first while the other customer slowly order. So pathetic that the Malay girl in the cashier just focus on the customer before me and not even looked at me when I asked for help. As I knew, order thru apps gonna close soon. I stood there like BEGGING FOR HELP but no one attended me. All workers only rushed to clean up wanting to go home. Soon after the customer before me done with her slow ordering, the cashier only attend to me. Telling her what happened on the app again that I couldnât do the online order as the same word kept on appearing, âdrinks not availableâ. Then only one worker name Jeremiah came and help me to do the order. I overheard their conversation, said, âwhy donât order thru cashier? As we have free pin to offer if order 2 ceylon tea?â Indeed I ordered 2 Ceylon tea. Although Jeremiah was kind enough to help, but didnât explain properly on how to get the pin. Also the Malay girl cashier who is so bad in handling client didnât even bother to tell out of the free pin. I said loudly back to them that I donât need any free pin, I do as I like to order thru apps as I always did. Then why do u create the apps in the beginning? Is for the convenient of use to client.
Wasting my precious moment in Chagee and got a very bad service and impression from all Malay worker there. This is my last to visit to your shop here. Good luck in your business for having rude and slow to attend @ ignoring...

However, the staff added the bag I requested inside the paper bag and even left a small note on it. I appreciate the staff for this. However, for my second order today, I hoped to receive the same bag, but I think the staff member was different. There was also an oddity on todayâs receipt where the âPay byâ and âTotalâ sections mentioned Foodpanda instead of ShopeeFood, as on my first receipt. If this mistake was made intentionally by todayâs staff (I hope it's a different person), here is my review for you. The only problem is with this staff named ERIKA, who was really rude. Muka pun macam PERIOD je, lebih baik jangan kerja. When I was picking up my order she only constantly pointing towards the screen and telling me to look at it, when clearly the order was already sitting in front of my eyes. When I asked for big straws for Fruit Tea, she just pointed towards the empty container where the big straws were supposed to be at, although I can clearly see that other customers are getting it.
