This beach has a lovely, peaceful charm to it—perfect if you’re looking to escape the crowds and soak in a laid-back coastal vibe. The waters are calm and very shallow, making it ideal for wading, relaxing, or just enjoying the serenity of the shoreline. It has that small marina feel, with a few boats gently bobbing in the water and locals quietly going about their day. You really get the sense of a tight-knit, easygoing community here.
The atmosphere is slow-paced and relaxing—great for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind without the noise of a tourist-heavy beach. It’s also a nice spot for light water activities like paddleboarding or kayaking, given the low tide and gentle waves.
One of the only drawbacks is parking—it can be a real challenge to find a spot, especially during peak hours or on weekends. There aren’t many designated areas, and street parking fills up fast, so it’s best to come early or be prepared for a short walk. That said, the peaceful setting and cozy marina feel more than make up for the inconvenience.
If you’re after a quiet day by the water in a place that still feels a bit like a local secret, this beach is...
Read moreI arrived in CANCUN 20 days ago and have been to every single Beach from Playa Ñiño to Playa Delfines and beyond all the way to the Westin. I have walked up and down the beaches dozens of times looking for the best crystal clear beach with No sargasso and had no luck until I found Playa Langosta. I have been to Playa Langosta a dozen times out of my 20 days because after long walks in search of a clean crystal clear water beach I always end up there feeling like I'm in heaven! You get to swim in awesome clean crystal clear cool water with many different types of fishes so snorkeling is fun here as well. In front of Casa Maya is the best and for sure next time I come to Cancun I will be staying at this hotel. Any body complaining about this beach because of petty things like parking clearly hasn't been to the other beaches. Truly an...
Read moreBeautiful place. It is now better than before. They are taking good care of the beaches. I hope everyone who visit beaches left the place as clean as they found it. Unfortunately, Mexican tourism is the worst. They are very rude to local workers who just trying to keep the place in good shape for everyone. Mexican tourist don't have respect for others' work or for other people. They think of themselves only. And, if they are rich or they think so, then they think all others are obligated to serve them. They expect a beautiful place and a good service, but don't have the will to do something for nature. I could write many, many unpleasant more things about Mexican tourism, but it is not worth it. They don't care. Anyway, enjoy this beautiful beach, be kind to the people who take care of it, and put the trash in the basket or take...
