Puente Calinda — Attraction in Cancún

A nice bridge. For me it was a marker for when to get off the local bus for my scuba diving location, and our boat went under the bridge to exit the lagoon into the sea. It is located at the start of the "7" of the hotel zone. -You have a nice view of the lagoon -nice view of all the boats and skidoos entering and exiting the lagoon. -on the sea side there is a nice view of the captain hook entertainment boats, as well as the ferry boats. -Railing seperate every line of transport on the bridge, walkers from cars, and cars from cars in other direction. -There was a good amount of people hanging out underneath the bridge at all times,...

This bridge is an iconic point in the hotel zone of Cancun. No to many years ago you could walk under the bridge from one side of the avenue to the other. Now, some tourist attractions have illegally close the way. Why? Corruption. As always happens in touristic cities, corruption is the answer for all Cancun troubles, especially those that affect to the inhabitants of the city. Very bad staff organization. They assigned a drunk waiter to our section (William) A drunk person in the top section of the ship dropped an alcoholic beverage and hit me in the chest. We were one of the last groups for dinner. When we got in to the Dining room, my son asked for corn on the cob but they run out. I asked for bread and they also run out. When we finished dinner , we asked for the dessert and unbelievable; They run out of it. Don't waste...
