We had a complimentary pass because we had purchased admission tickets to Xcaret parks. Since it was free and the tower was close to where we stayed, we decided to make use of it. The way up was smooth and we saw the stunning views of Cancun all the way to Isla Mujeres from the tower with the voice commentary explaining the views. We recommend going there around sunset to catch the sun set. However on the way down there was a jolt and we were not coming down. There was a technical failure and they let us know about it after the lights kept going on and off and we were seated in mid air about 100feet above the ground within the rotating capsule of the tower. The crew told us it was a technical failure only after 10minutes. But they somehow managed to bring down the capsule very slowly (inch by inch) after a thrilling half an hour. Later they apologized and said it happened rarely and that it would always be fixed and that the tower capsule would not really fall down. The views from the top were mesmerizing but except for the technical failure the tower was worth the visit.

The best parking spot if you want to go to Isla mujeres with the ferry or you want to visit the viewing tower . There is also theatre, pirate boat experience, beach bar, gift shop , toilets on every floor. You can buy there tickets to many experiences. Do not buy tickets to the ferry from someone else. And do not park somewhere else as they will rip you off. Parking here is 15 pesos per hour and adult ticket to Isla mujeres is 24 dollars and the viewing tower ticket is included .the boat was very spacious , you can sit also outside . There is AC inside. You don’t feel the waves it is very stable boat. I recommend this place to everyone .

A very cool tower with scenic views of Cancun from above! This ticket to the tower is included with your purchase of Xcaret sailing ferry tickets. I had tickets to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and once you return to Cancun you get in line for this tower. The views from above are beautiful especially the time I returned which was sunset hour. The tower moves slowly up and then moves in a circle for about 10 minutes. You get great 360 degrees views . Definitely do not forget to do this once your ferry is back in Cancun. 10/10 would do this again.

Believe this is the tallest building in Cancun. Gives you an absolutely amazing view of the Hotel Zone, the Nichupte Lagoon on one side and the turquoise blue Caribbean sea on the other side. The viewing platform ascends pretty fast up the tower and then once you are at the top it rotates to give you a great 360 degrees view. Admission is included with a visit to any of the Xcaret theme parks but definitely worth paying otherwise as well!

Este lugar se dncuentra en el embarcadero de Xperiencias Xcared, es exclusiivo para el Xailing, de ahí partes a Isla Mujeres...todo está perfectamente adecuado y aclimatado como en los parques Cuenta con estaciiones de baño, una taquiilla, una enorme colección de variios barcos a escala La fiila es larga pero avanza muy rápiido ya que la experiienciia dura 10 miinutos desde que subes hasta que regresas de nuevo y tiene una capaciidad máxiima de 50 personas Yo subii de noche y creo que es muy buena experiencia, pero de diia te permiite apreciiar mejor el mar Para cuestiión de costos los desconozco ya que mii acceso hiba incluido con mi boleto del xailing Hay una expliicaciion de lo que es la torre, lo que te muestra y cuando fué creada Toda la expliicaciion de la grabaciion y del personal en general esta tanto en ingles como en español 😰 La expliicaciión trae músiica de fondo y en ésta ocasiión tambiien pisierón una canciion de feliiz naviida, feliiz año nuevo 🥳 Recomendaciión: si está incluiida en tu boleto, super no te la pierdas Sii no quieres quedarte con las ganas de subir 80 metros y tener vista panoramiica, adelante!!
