We took care of dogs at a friend's place, which had a lot of the products from this shop and we loved them. When exploring the neighborhood we stumbled over this little shop and needless to say we had to go in. I checked out this place randomly when walking around the neighbourhood, and what a fantastic shop! The manager and owner were both there, absolutely lovely girls, and the store is full of really cool products and gift ideas. I left with a bunch of stuff, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone...

Elegí este lugar porque quería shampoo y acondicionador sólido y efectivamente tenían, además de otras opciones; en general tienen buen surtido de productos sin envase para que tú lleves tu propio. No obstante, 0 atención al cliente y te cobran de más. El concepto de la tienda no es muy conocido y las dos chavas que estaban ahí no se molestaron ni en decir “hola” (tampoco checaban temperatura o daban gel sanitizante). No entendía si yo podía agarrar los productos yo sola con la mano o si me tenían que proporcionar alguna bolsita de papel o pinzas o algo así. Al final yo les pregunté pero no había mucho interés de ayudar por parte de las dos chavas. Compré un jabón, un shampoo y acondicionador sólido y me cobraron 400 pesos. Fue mi error no checar el ticket con cuidado, pero algo les falló cuando hicieron sus sumas en su calculadora porque ese no era el total de los tres productos.
