The dining experience at this establishment fell far short of expectations. Upon arriving around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening, we were dismayed to discover that only a single individual was handling all aspects of the restaurant operation – serving as waiter, cocktail maker, and order taker. As more tables filled up, the situation quickly became chaotic.

The sangria we ordered was subpar and took an inordinate 45 minutes to arrive, while the caipirinha was so overly diluted with ice that it was practically tasteless. Both drinks were disappointing in terms of both quality and value.

The escalating disarray reached a new level when the cook emerged from the kitchen to assist with preparing cocktails, indicating that the single server was struggling to manage the workload.

Our main course, a tower of tapas for two, was an agonizing two hours in the making. We arrived at 6:00 PM and finally began our meal at 8:30 PM. The tapas were not worth the hefty price tag, as many of the items were overcooked or burnt.

The dining experience deteriorated further as we witnessed other tables enduring similar delays in receiving their orders. The couple seated closest to us, after waiting for over an hour, opted to cancel their order and leave.

Adding to the chaos, delivery couriers arrived four times to collect food orders, even though tables inside were still waiting for their meals. This was utterly baffling and inconsiderate to both the restaurant's patrons and the delivery drivers.

Given the overwhelming workload, it would have been more prudent for the restaurant to limit its menu or restrict the number of customers allowed inside. A simple apology and explanation to potential customers would have been far preferable to accepting orders and then being unable to fulfill them.

While staff shortages are understandable, continuing to accept online orders and dine-in customers without adequate staffing is unacceptable.

Despite spending around €100 on our meal, we left feeling unsatisfied and hungry. We subsequently sought out another restaurant to satisfy our dining needs.

The worst service we have ever experienced. The server walked off mid order to talk to a friend who walked past and then forgot about us! We didn't get our drinks with dinner, I tried to order them two more times but they never turned up. When I paid I asked and it turned out she had forgotten them, multiple times! She also forgot to give us cutlery and it was incredibly difficult to get her to notice you. So we were sitting with our food, no cutlery and no drinks while she chatted with her friends. So rude. The place wasn't even very busy. I can only imagine this was her first day working as a waitress in her life.

The loaded fries were also disappointing, just chicken, cheese and fries, nothing else. For a 15 euro "main" course I would have expected something more.

Been wanting to check out Rosey's for a while and it didn't dissapoint. The cocktails were delicious and not pre-mixed. The Tapas selection awesome. We had 5 yummy tapas to share and every single one of them were great. The only thing missing was some sauce to go with the octopus. But luckily we had some with the other dishes.

Service was super friendly and quick too.
