I bought my jacket a few months ago, I wanted to test it out before writing a review since it was an expensive purchase.

First the service at the shop was incredible - Beatrice was so kind and professional in helping me select the perfect jacket. I came with my mother and niece (who were visiting) and Beatrice was splendid!. She was attentive, taught me how to properly and elegantly tie a knot and went through the care instructions. My mother was so impressed that such great service still exists. After wearing the jacket for about four months, I can say I am so happy with the purchase. I get a compliment on the jacket, every. single. time. I . wear it! Its incredible, and people are so shocked its a rainjacket. I have also worn it cycling and in storms and the water resistance is amazing. The only room for improvement is the zipper and the buttons, since its a double zip its very delicate, I've had to take it to the tailor because it got stuck once, (even the tailor commented what a beautiful quality jacket it was), but I now pay extra attention to it and tend to use the buttons without zipping much of the time. Really great craftsmanship of the jackets with attention to detail. I ordered online after seeing an Instagram ad but wasn’t 100% satisfied with how it looked on me and was going to return it. Then I stumbled across their physical store that same week and Ash did an outstanding job helping me try on different models, explaining the differences and recommending sizes for each. Her customer service elevated my perception of the brand, and instead of returning the jacket altogether I wished to trade up for a slightly more expensive model and even went home to look at accessories online. When I went to do so the next day I was initially treated like I was trying to scam the business because the safety pinned tag was unpinned despite being in the exchange window, having proof of purchase, the tag in the pocket and proof the jacket was undamaged. Jericho helped me shop for my brand new winter jacket over the course of several weeks, as I had just moved to Amsterdam and needed something super warm and waterproof, but also stylish and feminine. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he was incredibly helpful in letting me try on different styles and take a few days to think about my purchase. When I came back in, he remembered me and remembered exactly the jacket I gravitated towards. Then after I purchased, he continued to help me via email with questions I had about how to care for my purchase. He really went out of his way to make sure I felt confident in the purchase, and now trust this store so wholeheartedly and can’t wait to buy more.
