I stayed for a month in a 1BHK apartment on the ground floor. It had all the neat and modern appliances. The kitchen has modern amenities, the mattress was soft. There were stains on the carpet which were notified during viewing. I was able to easily set up the work-from-home kit without a problem and was able to work without issues. The wifi provided by them was at great speed. The power and water were included in the rent. Since it is located on the main road, Friday nights and Saturday nights were a bit noisy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone its not a nice place ,The owner takes advantage of peoples situations takes bond money cash Tenants don't get there bond back he will come up with a excuse so he doesn't have to pay out. Its just so wrong how they treat people there.do an inspection if they are not happy they kick them out tell them they have to be out by 6pm.Alot of the people that stay there have no where else to go.
