I wouldnt usually write a review for mediocre service but today is the day. The staff working there today (12th Jan afternoon) clearly did not want to be there. My partner asked for one of the chicken salads, the girl working said they had no chicken. No problem, my partner looked back at the board and asked for a beef salad instead. The girl replied "no beef". It seemed a bit weird that she wouldn't let us know at once that she had no beef or chicken, but okay. He ended up ordering the vegan chick'n, the girl rolled her eyes but took his order. The entire time I had been standing next to my partner waiting to order. After she had taken his, she immediately turned around and made the salad, ignoring me. That wasn't too out of the ordinary but when she handed my partner his salad and turned to me I asked for the same salad and she replied "we aren't taking anymore orders for salads or wraps". We were not past the store's closing time and she didn't look like she had run out of the ingredients, nor did she say that that was the reason. Extremely poor service,

I had placed an online order without realising that the location had moved inside the airport. When I arrived I was waiting at the back of a group who were also waiting for there orders. The employee waved me over and tells me to wait a minute and be patient. I had not said or made any signal as I was checking emails on my phone whilst I waited.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Ordered a bowl and she said I couldn’t have one because they ran out of bowls. I said fair enough and ordered the bowl in a smoothie. She then said she couldn’t do that and to choose something else. I picked 3 different smoothies and said she couldn’t do them ‘full.’ Came back and said she was out of frozen bananas and other ingredients. Asked for a refund and she gave the wrong change. 10/10...
