I got a chicken parmigiana 'roll', a coffee and a small shortbread star. I found the server to be good; efficient and polite, if not particularly friendly. The parmigiana came heated via a sandwich press. It was tasty but had too much bread roll vs filling in my opinion and was so large I had to tear it in half to make it easier to eat. I saw no utensils on the counter for customer use, so had to do this by hand (later noticed someone with a wooden fork so I probably should have asked). The shortbread star was teeny for the price. Not much bigger than one of those Cookie Time Christmas mini and $1.80. I only bought because it was 2 for 1. It was average; too sweet for shortbread imo. The coffee was the kicker. I noted when I was 3/4 through it, that I was feeling a bit of a head rush sensation and wondered if I'd been given caffienated. I stopped drinking it. Suspicions confirmed when I was unable to sleep until...

Desperately could have done with a zap in the microwave to freshen it up, had we known this at the time of ordering we would have requested it. They also forgot some food and we had to go up and remind them after 15mins (not during rush period).
Unfortunately not that many options in...

However If you get an alcoholic beverage you have to sit at their tables which are all high - no other option so not accessible for anyone in wheelchair or mobility issues which is incredibly...
