As a Property Manager, using Palace has been incredibly frustrating. The system feels clunky, unintuitive, and unnecessarily difficult to navigate. Support is poor communication is slow, mainly through email, and the tone often comes across as patronizing, making you feel stupid for asking genuine questions. To make matters worse, instead of offering accessible video tutorials or self-paced learning resources, (only their chatbox search which doesn’t sometimes go into much detail) Palace charges third parties to train users — adding unnecessary costs to an already painful experience.

The lack of proactive support, outdated user interface, and failure to provide basic user-friendly tools or onboarding videos highlights a serious disregard for the realities of working Property Managers. In an industry where time and efficiency are crucial, Palace creates more bottlenecks than solutions. It feels like it was designed by people who have never worked a day managing properties. I think Palace is the best rent management software for small, medium to large sized portfolio. Their software is robust to accommodate hundreds of properties, owners and suppliers. Every time I do payments of owners and suppliers, it is a very smooth process. There are rarely glitches and Palace always informs us and seek to remedy them quickly. I absolutely vouch for their new Liquid Palace especially the templates functionality - makes my job as an office manager so much easier!

They also have a very responsive support team and they will definitely get back to your support ticket usually within 2 hours or less. I never had any trouble with them and they are absolutely professional and has a very good follow up system. I have been using palace live since 2013 at my Property management company Coopsvilles, when Mandy sent an email out regarding Palace Liquid, I honestly hesitated at first as I did love Palace Live, worried it would be difficult to change from Live , but liquid is definitely an excellent upgrade management system to use . Love how the inspections work on Liquid, Rapid entry for rent ,it cuts the computer time down it really streamlines the work .
