This is the second time using Toben for soft furnishings of my new build. I went with a mixture of blinds, curtains and roman blinds in my previous home and this time went with motorized blinds and curtains throughout. I got another quote from a competitor and the price was much the same but Toben not only matched them and gave a pretty good discount, then a further discount because I was a returning customer. I knew what I was getting with Toben from previous experience so it was a no brainer. David from sales was excellent in advising what would look great and he knows what he is doing, I trusted his advice. (David helped furnish my last home and as is on point previous and this time around as well). Friends and family always comment on how beautiful they look and they are surprised how affordable the price is. Jay who installed my motorized blinds and curtains today was outstanding. Such a lovely, professional and personable guy and he is a perfectionist. He went the extra mile changing a motor because he felt it was not quite right, I would never have noticed. This says a lot about the exceptional quality of their products and service, they want everything to be perfect. Customer service is top notch. The motorization part of the install was missed out however Nittaya managed to sort this out within an hour, she was very apologetic, sorted it out and my install was complete in 3 hours, very impressive. Super impressed! Very responsive first contact on 21 Nov (having tried a number of other custom curtain companies that didn't respond for weeks if at all!) with arrangement to measure up in my home on 26 Nov. And today, 5 Dec, I'm admiring our beautiful new curtains.
