I want to share a frustrating experience my party had at Mi Xiang Restaurant on today. We arrived at 8:00 PM, fully aware that your Google Maps listing states closing time as 8:30 PM. To our surprise, the staff informed us they were "already closed" because they needed to handle delivery orders. While we understand the demands of food delivery, this does not justify closing 30 minutes earlier than advertised.

What truly upset us was the lack of accountability. If your actual closing time is 8:00 PM, it is your responsibility to update this information publicly. Driving all the way from 15 mins only to be turned away due to inaccurate business hours is both time-consuming and disrespectful to customers.

I kindly urge you to either: Adjust your Google Maps hours to reflect the real closing time (8:00 PM), or Honor the posted 8:30 PM schedule for dine-in customers.

As a restaurant that prides itself on service, transparency should be a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent others from experiencing the same...

They recently started a $5 steamed dishes. I tried a variety of options, we spent $35 for 7 dishes (total 8 dishes as they gave a free extra broccoli dish, 2 dishes came later hence why less in photo - for those detail oriented people) this was enough for 2 people (though we are small eaters). Very good value and tasty dishes. Some were a but spicy for me but for ones that like spicy food it's definitely worth a try.

We love our sweet and sour pork as you can tell, just a wee improvement would be making it a bit tender as it can be hard sometimes.
