Having discovered Kebab Serai Milford just last week, we decided to try Birkenhead. We had a copy of the Takeaway Menu, but were disappointed to find that the prices were higher than at Milford. We were told each branch is different despite the menu having all the branch addresses displayed on it. We ordered Lamb in Pita - it was totally soggy, NO garlic yogurt or Hummus as requested. The lettuce was soggy, one piece of tomato, barely any tabouleh - Just a complete disappointment! The Chicken on Fries was a smaller portion. Not as tasty but okay. Lovely restaurant, great food and super-pleasant people! I have been there several times: I love all their mazes (and the bread that comes with it is so delicious); my friend most recently ordered their lamb Kebab, and it was super tender, cooked just right and very flavorful.
