The gelato work shop is a staple every time I visit birkenhead.The staff are always friendly, even in peak times with lines out the door. In those peak times, the lines always move at a reasonable pace, and the quality of the product never drops. Ice cream 🍨 is the best but gelato ice cream is much more better than ice cream because of law fat and it’s healthier. Have been going there for a few years and have enjoyed it. However last night out of the blues the owner accused us of giving him a one star review. I thought this was extremely rude and embarrassing as we had taken some guests there and were accused of doing something we hadn't done . In spite of proving it wasn't us, we got no apology.
