One of the worst experiences I've had dealing with any kind of store, I went in with limited knowledge about my pod mod, asked the guy at the counter what coils I needed to which he suggested a pack of coils which I paid $25 for, assuming I had bought the right item I tried out the new coils which made my mod feel like I was trying to vape through a thick shake, I did a bit of research and realised the guy had sold me the wrong coils and when I returned to the store the woman I dealt with was honestly pretty hostile, rude and unapologetic and tried to make out that it was my fault. I would assume that the people working here would know what they are selling to their customers and if they are to make a mistake take responsibility. I was refused a refund or exchange and left feeling pretty disheartened about the whole experience. Despite the good reviews I won't be shopping here again, Shosha honestly provided better customer service...

Worst customer service. Bought a little squishy spider stress ball thing for my 8 year old son. He had it for 20min and it popped, meaning all the little beads were falling out. Took it straight back to the shop with receipt, only to be told by this horrible dark haired woman, that it wasn’t their problem!! I was like “excuse me??!!” You can’t be serious, ever heard of the consumers guarantees act? It is made to be squished. My son did not poke it or did anything wrong. She was so horrible and unfriendly that I left the receipt and spider there and walked out! My son was really sad and disappointed. Cosmic Cuba has a great range of products, I especially loved their crystals, they’re super pretty and well displayed! The only downside was my experience at the counter. I used a Prezzy card with $40 on it for a $48 purchase (I paid the extra in a $10 note), but the staff member threw the card away even though it still had $2 left on it. When I asked for it back, they got a bit snarky and said something like, “What can you even buy with $2?” They did give it back eventually, but it made the interaction a bit awkward.
