North Beach The Crossing — Local services in North Island

Been in a few times as wanted to check out the new store (been to Fraser Cove in past) and was so disappointed with the service that we left never wanting to return.

However, today was awesome! Everyone was friendly and asked if we needed any help. Great vibe and they apologised for the unpleasant staff prior.

Again, that was just our experience as am sure many others have been happy with their visit.

Alex really helped my teenager come out of his comfort zone, which was black & grey same clothing for years!

Whenever we tried something new, he would be against it. She pushed (in a nice way) to give her idea a go and bloody hell she was spot on! He walked out with new outfits and is happy with the new style.

She spent quite a bit of time with us and when they didn’t have the right shoes for him, she made another recommendation of where to go.

The manager also came to apologise to us and checked in on how we were doing.

These guys mock people's faith..... at Easter time they had a promotion that literally openly mocked the most basic principle of the Christian faith. And their management said "oh sorry, we joke lots" .... glad to know you joke lots about the Christian faith. Do you make jokes about Hindu, Muslim faiths etc? Do you make jokes about the LGBT community .... mocking the Christian faith is on the same level of mocking the other faiths/communities I have mentioned. Keep laughing guys, you have pretty much shown up that you are a non- inclusive awful bunch of people who think you have a right to joke about what others believe in. This was the most suffocating and stressful shopping experience I have ever had - and I’m normally pretty unphased. Your sales staff have obviously been heavily trained in the art of conversational tactics but to be bombarded by FOUR of them one after the other while I’m trying to just have a look at things with my wife and enjoy a chill Saturday, was unreal.
