Just read Bree Rose review, Absolutely disgusting the way she was treated, paid for tickets and rudely ejected from your theater even after you claimed it was a system fault on your booking system. Bree Rose... if I were you I would be DEMANDING full compensation And make them pay for the embarrassment you must have gone through. Come on theater management, apologize properly and sort your public relations out. I think the following should be fair, 1. Full refund of her tickets there and then, don't make her apply for a refund online 2. If she brought anything from your snack bar shop... full refund on those items too, ( Noone wants to buy expensive snacks just to walk out the door with them!), 3. Give her VIP 5 free movies for your disgusting behavior. Theater management, do the right thing, I will be sharing this feedback on social media also, I hope for your sake you do the right thing so I can do a follow up. I'm assuming you will have to reply to her or this review and hope she sees it to contact you. If others agree with my opinion please like to send management a message that we should not be treated like that, I hope that this was a one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy partner and I had booked online to see Avatar way of the water 3D last night Thursday 15th. We arrived got our glasses showed the tickets and went into the theater to our seats, about an hour later after the million ads a group of guys arrived and asked what seats we were in and we explained and they then said we were sitting in their seats and went to get a staff member. The staff member came back in and we explained the situation he then asked us to leave the theater with him while he got it sorted which was extremely embarrassing being marched out in front of so many people like we had done something wrong.
The manager Jesse, after admitting that it would have been a system glitch told us that we would have to buy the tickets again or leave and apply for a refund. I was extremely polite about the fact there were so many seats still avaliable and couldn't we just move to 2 other spare seats and he said no and had no intention of helping us.
Was an extremely big let down. And we ended up missing...

The viewing experience last night was amazing for Dune (Double feature) and we were extremely lucky to be able to watch the 2 films back-to-back. Thanks so much for doing this guys. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that the projector in your flagship cinema (cinema 1) has projector issues... This severely subtracted from the viewing experience at times as beautiful cinema shots and immersion was ruined MANY times during the viewing with random glitching. This has been ongoing since last year and the last 4 movies we've watched had this issue. We absolutely love supporting the cinema and would really appreciate it if the right people saw this. Awesome front of house staff as per usual! We will be coming back to watch Furiosa in this theatre and really hope to not have the same experience...
