I visited Solect on Saturday to browse their Adidas selection, and honestly, I had the best experience ever! I was served by a young girl, I think her name for Syd. This is the best service I have received from a retail store. She was so warm & welcoming, and we ended up such a nice chat. Unfortunately, this company didn’t stock the shoes I was after, however, she informed me about the new summer collection dropping.

I was so impressed by this service, she made the experience feel so personal and special. It wasn’t just about the shoes - it was about the entire experience from start to finish.

I will absolutely be back in store, and I am super excited to shop the new Adidas Collection. I can’t wait to tell all my friends about...

So yesterday went into this shop. One guy really friendly. So I am not dressed great, for several reasons. Picked up some blundstones which I had been hankering after and some other expensive sneakers. I literally had only put the blundstones down and the other guy comes over right beside me looks at me and makes a bit of a show about putting the label back in the shoe the right way. Then watches me looking at the sneakers. I was about to spend $500 in that store and now I won't. ...

Me and my wonky, 47 year old feet were treated to the patient and helpful service at Solect by Sidonie. She secured the sale while my two toddlers wreaking havoc in the store, as I went through the process of trying on several shoe solections. (Classic).
