The best. Just visited the store and Sophie, The Store Manager is some next level person. I mean so Humble, Caring, Polite & Professional. Just WAOW. She should be teaching Sales and Marketing somewhere. There were another customer who looks like not gonna buy anything (like I did they ;) ) but Sophie didn't compromise her standards. I myself told her that I'm not buying today but just checking yet she treated and show/ explain the products like I'm gonna buy all today..

My daughter picked out a school bag for her birthday, she used it for a few weeks and the zip broke. Took the bag back in without our daughter to find that the bag she picked wasn't available anymore to replace it. The sales assistant then proceeded to pull out every bag she thought our girl would like and line them up on the counter while I photographed them and sent them to our girl at home. She patiently waited while a decision was made and then happily processed a refund and new sale for the new bag which ended up being cheaper than the original one. Just bought a suitcase there and I was pleasantly surprised with really good customer service. I personally don't like the over friendly/pushy salespeople. The friendly lady working there was very informative and professional. She warned me of different airline allowances, and in the end we picked a perfect suitcase for me.
