TANK Coastlands - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Wellington

Today got advised they where out of large lids and I oder a medium drink as I need a lid on drink, I told staff I had a long walk back to my car. The staff said they had medium lids well it turns out medium and large have same size lids. I was surprised that they didn't advised me of this. So many times I've gone this tank and it's been disappointing. Yes they had a busy day!! I couldn't get the drink I wanted because they ran out of ingredients. They really should of put up a close sign if they couldn't offer 5...

Ordered 2 smoothies with very few people in front of us. One staff member on initially with a second one coming back eventually, both had no sense of urgency and we ended up waiting over 35 mins just for 2 drinks? I had asked politely about my order twice within this time to be told it would be done soon. Really poor communication between the staff as well as poor customer service. Very disappointing as I rarely make a complaint and usually love Tank but the drinks also came out very watery after the longest...

I am normally a fan of Tank but this store has got really bad recently. Only smoothies available now for 2 months (no salads or wraps). Today only large or mini size drinks too (no medium). Told the owner isn't bothered about the store as she is more interested in the porirua as well. I feel sorry for the staff who are friendly....
