Incredibly they launched the cleaning of the brewery machines while we were having lunch! Noise pollution to another level. They said it will go for 15 minutes. The Venue was not clean and the few who entered were leaving immediately.
** Hi Joe. Thanks for answering so promptly. An answer very consistent with my rating. Calling ‘sensitive’ a client who doesn’t like hearing a chainsaw-like noise while eating speaks volumes about your own sensibility - or lack of it - towards your patrons’ experience at your place. A pity your hospitality is not in par with your brew. The beers were fantastic. Other brewers clean their machines after hours, or at least not at lunch time, and apart from producing great beers they also care about their clients having a good time at their place. I'll follow your advice and go to theirs (Joe's advise in deleted answers). Thanks for being consistently rude with your service - in live and written mode. You have kicked us out twice today with your response. I always appreciate coherence in action and words. All the best.
** Thanks Joe. I appreciate that you've changed your response to something more reasonable and explained that you didn't have another choice but to do it while we were there. I understand that. I didn't understand you making it as if it was 'my' problem instead of yours or that I was too sensible to noise. The noise was unbearable and anybody reasonable would have agreed to that. Since you wrote that you do this machine cleaning everyday and always during service hours, I will leave this review and my rating posted, also for the records. Best place in NP for beers and food....I much prefer it to Shining Peak, which has the same old boring beers, and the food is ridiculously expensive. Stu
Third visit to 3 sisters, and I'm sad to say it was not great. No longer table service, it seems, and the beers were not up to the usual high standards. The selection was quite poor...only 1 IPA on tap and 2 different milk shake beers? Strange! The food was pretty good, though. I hope this was just a bad night as I love this place and it has a really great atmosphere generally. They need to get back on their game with the beers, though. More IPA's and hazy's please!

Read moreAppalling service! Have been here 3 times in the last 4 months and last night was the 3rd time our food took over an hour to come out. We ordered via the QR codes on the table only to find after waiting 40 minutes that nothing had been sent to the kitchen even though we had been charged. Told the chef in the kitchen and he couldn’t care less!! Why have something like a QR code to order if it doesn’t work?! You really need someone walking around checking on your tables and making sure the orders have gone through. This is literally the 3rd time I’ve been here and either had our order not put through or there’s been a massive wait for food and we haven’t been told. After telling the staff we had been waiting over 40 minutes, it was another 25 minute wait for the most average tacos, the chef had absolutely no sense of urgency and the tacos were cold by the time we got them. Over an hour wait for sub par tacos, absolutely disappointing.
