I derived immense satisfaction from my recent sojourn to the supermarket. It proved to be an emporium of unparalleled delight for my consumptive exigencies. What particularly beguiled me was the prodigious panoply of commodities it proffered. From the resplendent and bountiful arrays of fresh and exotic produce to its cornucopia of international epicurean offerings, it is, without a doubt, a veritable cornucopia for the discerning shopper.
The superlative attribute that truly distinguished this emporium was the exquisite paragon of customer service. The personnel exhibited an effulgent demeanor and an unfailing penchant for assisting, rendering my shopping expedition an epitome of felicity.
Moreover, the emporium's immaculate ambience and meticulous arrangement evoked an ambiance of serenity. The perspicacious organization of the merchandise afforded me the facile location of every requisite, augmenting my overall gratification. The stringent focus on hygiene, particularly in the contemporary milieu, imparted an additional layer of assurance and comfort.
In serendipitous fashion, I chanced upon a plethora of alluring bargains and discounts, a serenade to the frugal shopper's heart. The confluence of quality and affordability in this emporium is a testament to its excellence.
Lastly, the emporium's conduciveness to convenience was conspicuous. The availability of streamlined self-checkout mechanisms, an abundance of commodious parking facilities, and its propitious proximity to my domicile, all coalesced to accentuate its allure.
In summation, my foray into this supermarket was a superlative experience replete with indulgent opulence. It transcended mere shopping and metamorphosed into an orchestration of euphoria. Eagerly, I anticipate my next sojourn to this veritable utopia of...
Read moreJust had the absolute worst experience here. Super sad honestly, I thought people who worked in customer service would actually care about their customers. I get that everyone has their bad days, but that was seriously disgusting. Our truck was idling outside of the building, in the taxi section, very briefly whilst waiting for our 90 year old grandma to come outside. Quickly we realised she had gotten herself lost inside, and rather than having an ounce of grace or kindness, the staff verbally vomited on us to move our vehicle as it was âin the way of taxisâ (there wasnât a single taxi present, and everyone could get past without an issue). We moved our ute anyway, as security was threatened to be called on us, and upon going inside to ask for assistance for looking for our elderly Grandma - we got the poorest effort Iâve ever seen. For someone who has worked within the CS sector for many years - this was just sad to see. Everyone rolled their eyes and muttered under their breath, not a single person showed any compassion or offered to help. But clearly showed their impatience and rude character. I know a supermarket isnât where you would go for top notch customer service - but even just the bare minimum would have been appreciated. I really hope you guys can read this and learn from it & hopefully treat others with kindness in future. It...
Read moreWe have been shopping in this store since we moved to Dunedin, almost 10 years now. It is absolutely the worst day for us today when we do regular shopping in this store! The first time my wife was asked by checkout staff to submit her bag for inspection, although she has carried this bag for shopping for many years and in many stores. It is the FIRST time in NZ that she was asked for this. Then she asked why she was targeted, the staff said they inspected every bag, however in the same time several other customers that were carrying bags were NOT stopped for check! It is clearly the discrimination or being targeted! A service lady came out saying they were not inspected because they are hand bags while my wife one is backpack. So after checkout we stayed away in open place to see if other backpackers would be checked and carefully avoid disrupting others. A lady who is Checkout Manager confronted us, spoke very rude to ask us to leave. We refused because we wanted to see if they treated all customers EQUALLY and also checking other backpackers. Then she threatened us to call security. With the witness of security, it was proved that the store did NOT treat customers equally and fairly - one backpacker was simply ignored and not checked at another counter! We simply want to understand why we were targeted, and request the change of...
