Cleanliness- 3/5 the salon is beautiful but little things make it a 3star salon. Like ants on the treats displayed at front table for clients, and someone put a sucked up lolly in the packet and back on the treat platter. Tea served was yum but made be wary if it was clean. The toilet was clean thank goodness.
Service - my therapist was so lovely but lack of English and little details were not executed well. For eg, I filled out the form with my details and it was not even read but plonked on the top of the front desk which had no one sitting behind it, therefore anyone could steal my details and know all my information. I gently said I’ll put it behind the counter and followed her to the room to get changed. The room she took me in had two beds and they had stained or dirty linen. Also the trolley was very dirty with things in them. Not very tidy or clean. I had to ask am I getting changed in here and than coming with you ? She said yes. I thought I’m supposed to lie on the bed. More training needs to be done with the therapist as she doesn’t explain anything. She took me to another room which is shared with another person but her curtain was drawn and I was exposed as the door was full wide open. I could also see other women in another room getting their hair dryed in their gowns. The treatment was not explained and i felt very anxious as to what’s happening. Massage was good and hair treatment was good but my hair was better off without the treatment actually. It just felt like hair got shampooed the hellout and no conditioning or treatment. My hair was so dry. But I paid for the vitamin hair treatment. Was abit disappointed as I was hoping for good results. Facial was also done on me but no product was put on my face after the treatment. My face was so dry I had to put hand cream on my face in the car before picking up the kids. This place is nothing special. You’ve got to make it like you say it is. It’s below average in my opinion. Very disappointed as this place could be amazing but small things let this place down. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon. My friend and I booked a little pamper session for our birthdays - from the outset, it was uncomfortable and unprofessional. My friend and I were placed in a room together and told to change (in front of each other) — no separate changing option was offered until much later, and even then, it wasn’t provided when requested.
The treatment itself was far from professional. The cheap products used on my hair were also massaged from on my head down onto my chest and shoulders, which led to a huge breakout — something I’ve never experienced in a treatment before.
The water was also incredibly cold, so I couldn't even relax as every time she put it on my head/over my face the shock was intense.
No heat protectant or serum was used before the hairdryer. It also was not a blow out or styled, simply roughly dried to the point we had to finish drying it ourselves once the staff left us to get dressed (together again), and my hair was in such poor condition that the stylist didn’t even brush it during the drying, likely due to the excessive visible hair loss occurring by this point.
I had to wash my hair at home that evening, and again the following morning, because it was already greasy, as well as experiencing dandruff for the first time in my life!
It has now been 5 days and my skin is still irritated and pimpley, and my hair has requiring washing almost every day since.
To make matters worse, the response from the business denied any responsibility, implying I stated was happy with the service, and complimentary on site— which I absolutely was not. No one even asked for feedback during or after the treatment. They have now stopped replying to my emails and basically told me that I got a professional, thorough, top tier experience.
All in all, I found the experience unprofessional, uncomfortable, and disappointing. I would not return and absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to others.
Disappointing treatment aside, the response from the business is beyond underwhelming and lacks any sort of accountability.

Product Used: The use of Pantene, a common supermarket shampoo, was extremely disappointing. I chose this treatment expecting premium-grade salon products, as implied in your promotions. I had to wash my hair again at home due to scalp irritation, which defeats the purpose of the treatment.
Cleanliness: The environment felt unhygienic, with visible hair on the floor and work surfaces. This does not align with the professional standards one expects from a beauty clinic.
Ambience: Far from the relaxing, soothing experience promoted, there was constant background noise that made it impossible to relax or enjoy the treatment.
The feet massage, hand and head massage were not even satisfying. I don’t feel any difference at all after paying that much of money. Where is the value for money here?
Overall Value: At $170, I feel the service was severely overpriced, and I left the salon feeling more stressed than pampered. The treatment did not deliver on any of the advertised benefits – no visible improvement, no relaxation, and certainly no transformation whether it is shinier hair or glowing hair!!
While I appreciate the staff’s politeness, the overall experience left me feeling let down and misled by your marketing. Given the gap between expectation and reality,
