Fast service, tho the tall asian guy who served me today was kinda like rude. I did a click and collect and he said "why didn't you just come in to the store and get it? Didn't you know that if you get it at the store you would get a discount?" I mean yes i didn't know that and its all good. Im fine. And he responded "well just trying for you to save up some money!" Like ok thanks? But you didn't have to be that rude? Don't you think I have money to buy stuffs that I want? I just did a click and collect just cos theres someone in our building who steals parcels thats why I just did a click and collect instead of getting it...

I came into the store as my new Nimbus shoes were giving me issues on long runs (only a week out from doing the marathon), so I was worried if there was something wrong with the shoes, something wrong with my feet, or if I would even be looked after. Jacob the store manager and the his colleague Josh were so nice, they had the best customer service and actually cared about my issue. I like this place. To me this is the only physical shoes store in auckland or maybe the whole new zealand that sells asics shoes with lates design. I initially dont like the design of asics which i saw in rebel and foot locker store. But my physio suggested that asics got a good shoes with good ankle support and all. So when I was walking along queen street and i saw this store and to my surprise they've got designs and so I bought kayano 25.
