Ordered a bouquet for an important vip client two days before the delivery date.
The delivery location is in Parnell so they said they will be able to come at 10:00 to 10:30am because it’s in the same area. They took my order with my credit card details to pay for the bouquet.
On that day I had no delivery after 10:30. I gave them a call asking what was going on, and they asked if I called the botany branch, but the staff on the phone said they could deliver it early as it was in the same area. And I am pretty sure I called Parnell branch. After explaining that I had already payed and given credit card details, they ended up delivering it way later. Had to keep the client long for this.
Whoever answered the phone when I ordered my bouquet had poor customer service. She had no idea what she was doing. I am very very disappointed. Took me about 8 minutes to order usually super simple and easy.
Will not order from them anymore and don’t recommend ordering by phone. Lost trust especially after they lost my order with my credit...

Half of them were dead or wilting and delivered in what looked like a paper cup with the plastic bag over them. I paid $150 including delivery… so probably about $130 total for the bunch from Parnell FAH for my mother. I actually could not believe the state the flowers were delivered in. Some of the stems were snapped. And while this may have happened during the delivery, this does not account for the wilted snap dragons and greenery. The bunch was made up only 1-2 hours before they were delivered and arrived in this state. When I sent an email to complain I was offered only $60 credits off my next bunch. The bunch I paid for $130! Apparently there were some expensive flowers in the bunch that looked ok… however, I did not ask for half a bunch of expensive flowers and half a bunch of dead/broken flowers. I asked for $60 to be refunded to my account not as store credit as I will not be ordering...
Read moreI have always loved the bouquets from FAH, they use beautiful flowers and colours. We have purchased many bouquets from them and have been happy with each bouquet and the price we paid was fair. This has been my husband's go to. My husband recently ordered a bouquet for my birthday. He paid $150 + delivery and asked for something big and overwhelming. He was very taken aback, disappointed with what was delivered. It was nothing like what he had asked for and the size of the bouquet was very much the same size as what we had previously paid $85 for. I'm also looking at the bouquet trying to justify the size to price. I can't see how this bouquet is worth $150. This is a LOT of money. Only a few moths ago I purchased a bouquet for my mum that was $85 and a very similar size. I will most certainly find another florist in the future that provides more consistency with their flowers...
