I bought a pair of shoes. When I came home I realized that the shoes were of two different sizes. No problem I thought. I went back the next day to change them into a fitting pair. They could not do it and told me the shoes were ready the next morning. When I arrived the next morning the shop was closed even though it should have been open for 30 minutes. 19Nov16 an L-shaped arcade from Queen Street to Customs Street (or vice versa). Much refurbished of four decades. First class ground floor stores' presentations in their respective shop fronts. Well lit. Public walking areas are a bit crowded now with tables in the Queen Street end of the arcade as well as at the arcade elbow where iconic Marbeck's store is located. The shops take you back and are full of friendly staff, there's a restaurant on the top floor that as delicious food and a modern design. The prices are actually regular restaurant prices (25-30 ish) but they have such well flavoured dishes that go together perfectly, and you can eat on the terrace while overlooking the bustling city streets...
