Cassette Nine — Restaurant in Waitematā

I ordered a majito ( it was their Drink of the month) . Very sour and hard to swollow, all you can taste is rum. No mints favour either ( the worsest one I had) , doesn't taste any surgar in it.

I brought it back to the bartender( the guy with pig tail ) He responsed "that is how it taste like." I said : "you can taste it yourself, it's really hard to drink " . He did try it , then said "that's how it likes, what do you want ? " Very rule and doesn't care. I said to him: then you can have it then.Then I walked away.

Very dispointed with the drink service. That was not the normal mojito taste( other friends on the table also tasted it and said yuck too) .

The bartender' s attitude clear show he doesn't care about the customers. If you don't make your customers happy , doesn't matter how was your amesphere and the qulityq of your show .

The room is too crowded . The show was not worth $30 . ( Rather to spent the money at show girls. ) We don't care about the money , it's the qulity count. We are out to have a good time. Clearly they are not the place for it.

WILL NOT ever go back again , Not recommended to...

The time at cassette nine was really good. Delicious cocktails were also the best. But I just want to let people know about the experience I had here. And the staff continued to open the kettle-shaped bottle containing the liquor we were eating, without any words of appreciation. we felt like we were being ignored because he suddenly showed up and ran through the liquor bottle we were still eating. I think his actions were rude to others. We clearly have the ability to speak in English. Nevertheless, some people acted rude to us simply because we are Asian. I entered this establishment with friends on New Years eve, it was my first club for the night and ordered vodka/redbull but did not receive any vodka.

I was not intoxicated and was still starting the night. The bartender was very rude and only poured in redbull. I was charged $27 for two drinks.

The second time we ordered and watched the bartender pour the drinks and confirmed no vodka was added. Yet they still insisted vodka was mixed in.

I even gave my drink to others to sip and they confirmed that there was no vodka.

I went back to the bartenders and made my complaint but they quickly dismissed me.

I advise anyone visiting this bar to film the bartenders because they are trained to scam guests.

All you guys had to do was give the vodka I paid for. But nope... now enjoy the MULTIPLE bad reviews that will start rolling in from friends and myself which will remain on your page for life.
