Scenario was my boyfriend and I was eating on Greenfield branch we've order 2pc chix box chix alfredo unfortunately one of thigh chicken was spoiled my bf try to tell me that something strange on the chicken but i just told him that it was just the flavor new to him since i taste the other piece. But again he told me to smell the chicken and look at it. I saw a bloody chicken and when i smell it it really stinks. I used to worked on a fastfood before and it doesn't take to be a genius to tell that the chicken is already spoiled. I told one of the crew about it and they agreed to change it to another piece. And i saw they're faces when they smelled it, but my bf told me he already feel some tummy aches because of that. Hope you can...

Branch is worsening over the years. Once I was served undercooked 1/2 pound chicken wings, bloody. They exchanged it for a newly cooked batched. I love Yellow Cab, live nearby, but start to come here to dine on unclean tables, filled still with oil, crumbs and bits from previous customers. Asked a waiter to clean for us and he barely did. Today I ordered from the counter and someone’s plate with bones, tissues, and leftovers was sitting on the ordering counter top next to me & cashier.

Waiting for food now and there’s plates of leftover food just laying there on the table next to me.

good food but unsanitary dine-in experience makes me think twice before ordering...
