I’ve been visiting this branch for a couple of years now, and every time I walk through the doors, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The level of service has remained consistently amazing, and it’s truly a delight to experience such genuine hospitality. From the moment I step in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes me feel at home.

One of the things I appreciate the most is how fresh the food always is. This Chowking store is not a good store.

I ordered 2 Chicken Lauriat and was not informed I have to wait for 30 minutes for the chicken to finish frying. The cashier was not friendly. Iniiwan iwanan lang yung harap ng store ng walang tao. To add to the worst experience, instead of serving the food I ordered for take out, cashier called me out, saying: "Hoy! sir eto na order niyo." The tone of voice and the way how it was addressed itself was disrespectful.

Try listening to someone calling you: "Hoy!" Ano kapatid mo lang tinatawag mo? Your cashier clearly needs proper training. Will never order in this store again.

Also, compare to other chowking stores, this store serves the worst not just the service but seems to be the food as well.

I'm on a graveyard shift so i like that they are open during those times. Foods are good, especially their Halo-halo, it was actually improved! I got more toppings and it's much creamier this time than before. Thank goodness you have pineapple to offer as beverages since I have heart failure and sodas ain't good, you know; however, this I want to suggest, last time I asked for other hot drinks besides coffee, like hot choco or whatever, unfortunately there's no. I hope you offer hot chocolate as well, because not everyone drinks coffee, btw.

Also your AC can't reach the tables at the right side of the store. I know you can fix that. More power...
