North Park Noodles - Greenfield Branch — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

The food isn’t as good as I remembered it to be, or at least when compared to SLEX Mamplasan branch.

Had chicken feet, steamed shrimp dumplings and Chinese chicken. Dumplings and chicken feet weren’t warm when served. Chicken was not so bad.

It was a Saturday night and store was busy. Staff seemed tired perhaps impacting their coordination. We requested to be moved to a different table and when we asked for a check, we had to say we haven’t paid yet - their records showed it was paid for and they weren’t able to account for the change in seats…

Chili oil still worked its wonders and the lemonade still had its charm.

Lots of folks still go as it is across the bazaars. The store seemed and kind of smelled...

Food was good but had a very unpleasant encounter with the first server (guy) assigned to our table. We ordered wonton soup, soimai, vinegared tofu and drinks. After giving our order, sinabi nya “Yun lang!?” in a condescending tone and frowning face. We noticed but didn’t made fuss na lang. However, when that server was preparing the plates and cutleries, he gave me a stained plate as in there are fresh stains pa. I politely asked to change the plate but the server then told me, “ay wala na kaming plate, pumasan mo na lang ng tissue, andon sa dulo ng table nyo…”. That shookt me and ny companions, I was speechless for a moment while holding the plate. After he saw me put down the plate, seeing me not intending to wipe the stains, he said, “ay sige ako na lang nga magpunas..”. I was already annoyed by that time and thinking na kahit punasan man nya ng tissue, di ko pa din gagamitin. Nung napansin siguro nya nagbago mood namin, nagpapalit na siya ng ibang server. Very polite naman kami sa pagorder, as in, never kami nagsalita ng offending words so we dont really understand the server’s behavior towards us. Ang bastos and ang unsanitary. Bakit nya ako bibigyan ng maduming plate na wet and fresh pa yung food stains. Then uutusan pa na kami yung magpunas using tissue kasi wala na daw silang plate. Kudos na lang din sa 2nd server, mabait and attentive. Lastly, medyo matagal yung pagbalik ng change so tumayo na kami and lumapit na sa counter to get the change. Yung 2nd server inulit ulit nya pinapaabot yung bill namin kay 1st server, pero deadma lang siya. Wala siyang kibo and nakataas lang kilay and nakasimangot. Si 2nd server, medyo annoyed na rin, siya na lang kumuha to give it us kahit may hawak siyang tray. Sana maactionan nyo po ito North Park. This is your branch in Greenfield District in...

Worst place to dine ever. Staffs are very unprofessional. We feel like we are being treated as a customer with no money. Staffs are even laughing and only minding their own business. They are not attentive and doesn't care about customers. Food serving time is really bad. We tried to follow up but they DONT CARE AT ALL.
