4 stars because I saw a really pretty bug but not 5 because it attacked me. We booked for 4 people but ended up with hundreds of roommates. Those little pests get everywhere, I find them in my bed, everywhere and they leave you with lots of bug bites too, some of them even flew?? We had to lock all our stuff like it’s baby proof and shove everything in the fridge just so we don’t find them in our luggage or in the food. They give you a tv with a remote that has rusted battery’s so it doesn’t even work. Every thing is dirty they give you absolutely nothing and the the things they do provide had Stains or is just filthy. It’s small cramped and smells so bad. The staff are nice though so that’s the only good thing besides the ac. The ac is really nice and cold but the remote is kind of slow and hard to work with. They have lots of hidden rules. 3000php deposit. Leave your passport too at reception. The company who runs the condo short term rentals are so unorganized. The room is dirty with very poor equipment. The building is full of noisy people singing karaoke, drunk at night. The people that take you to your room are unprofessional and dress very messy, plus they won't take their shoes off to enter the room. Location - 10mins walk to MOA, pretty convenient. Amenities - There is a convenience store and eateries around the area. Unfortunately for Muslims, not much food variety here. Facilities - Room as reasonable for 1-2 pax stay as it's small. Musky damp smell on the corridor and room. Lots of cockroaches too, so please avoid for those who are fearful of it.
