Shore 1 Tower C1 feisu — Local services in Pasay

Came here yo stay at an Airbnb, a doorman opened the door for me, l quickly went to the counter where the guy at the front desk ignored me for several minutes. My check in time was 3:00 pm, but the room was not available, l waited in the lobby for about two hours. I went to Jayson the doorman to ask him for information around the area but he totally ignored me, he pretended as he didn’t hear me, it was perplexing, felt very disgusting.

The condo where l am staying is a very tiny area, with a balcony, a small bedroom, a futon, a table, a large tv, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. A small cockroach crawled around, which l had to get rid of, a futon was filthy and stained, a large sitting bag was stained and dirty also. I didn’t want to trouble myself finding another place so l opted to stay.

Lots of restaurants is the only plus, The AVEARY was a decent...

Great location close to attractions, like Mall of Asia, & the hotel casinos in the Pasay area.

If just want a staycation, it's equally cool for that purpose too. You get the usual stuff from Manila condos & the like: pool, gym, nearby restaurants & convenience stores.

There will be several unit owners hosting their place for rent, like Airbnb or even just Facebook pages, so you easily get good deals for stays.

Their security...

This place is not open 24 hours. Had the place booked and ids sent as requested a month in advance, they Cancelled last minute and left my wife and kids stranded at the airport. Called the number for the hotel that was listed. Got a lady in the States that said she was the owner (doubtful) and said she couldn’t do nothing cus “the office was closed!”

Very poor customer service! Do yourself a favour and stay...
