We had a disappointing experience due to miscommunication regarding our booking. We called the day before our preferred schedule and were told there was an available slot. We were instructed to bring a vaccination card, which we did. However, upon arrival, we were informed that no booking had been made since we hadn’t received a confirmation message, as required by their process.
The on-site attendant was polite, professional, and apologetic, clearly explaining their policies (kudos to her for her excellent customer service). We decided to leave and move on with our day without issue.
Later that day, we received a series of Viber messages from the business, including a screenshot of an old inquiry we made months ago, suggesting we should already know the process. One message was even in ALL CAPS (deleted shortly after), which came across as unnecessarily aggressive. This response felt uncalled for, as we hadn’t lodged a complaint or sought a resolution. The owner later messaged and apologized for the unnecessary messages, which we appreciated.
While I’m sure their services are excellent based on reviews, their CSR definitely needs...

We’re always worried about leaving our Chichay to someone else’s care, kase she’s our only fur baby (and we don’t have kids) so we really think of her as our only child. Chichay is not used to being alone, and we’re always with her 24/7, so she easily gets anxiety when we’re not around. We’re only comfortable leaving our Chichay to Paw House, kasi they always go above and beyond in making sure that Chichay is comfortable and well taken care of. Medyo hirap pakainin ni Chichay talaga, but the staffs are very patient and they try their best to feed her. They also follow instructions that you leave to them (walking, grooming, feeding, etc). They let her roam around the place and mingle with other small dogs with supervision (they do this when your dog is friendly) so our dog doesn't feel alone and depressed. They are quick to respond, and they always send updates and videos to me, while Chichay is staying there. Thank you Paw House for taking care of our only child, I appreciate it, truly. Highly...

I finally understand the 5/5 ratings for this Pet Grooming service. From their responsiveness to their excellent service, everything is top-notch.
I don’t usually try other pet grooming salons because I prefer to stick with what I'm used to since they know my furbabies very well and they know what cut to do, but I gave in to trying this one because their prices are lower compared to others. I also rely on Google reviews, which rate it 5/5. I got curious, and now I understand why.
The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I feel at ease trusting my furbabies to them because: 1. The place is clean and smells good. 2. They ensure that there is only one pet attending at a specific time, so the place isn’t crowded. This also ensures that the groomer is focused on one pet only. 3. The rates are justifiable—affordable for their premium service. 4. at the end of the service, they will ask if you are happy with the cut of your furbabies or if there are other adjustments needed.
