Mercure Manila Ortigas — Hotel in Pasig

Mercure Hotel will surely be your home away from home. The great food, warm and genuine personality and professionalism of the staff, especially those you'll encounter and interact with in your daily stay (i.e. F&B, etc.), and the contemporary rooms will surely make your stay very memorable. They'll treat you like a family, not as a guest. They'll even remember your preference, especially your diet, without even trying to remind them over and over again.

One of the unique desserts you'll find here is the "taho" (a must-try and a must-have for breakfast), which is absolutely my first time to spot in a hotel I've stayed at in the past decades, be it a 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotel. Their food, aside from the breakfast, are even more enticing and delightful to eat. So better prepare your tummy for a unique gastronomic experience in Mercure. The Mercure food will definitely be your standards when you go to other hotels within or outside Manila.

The rooms and the bathroom (spacious and well-partitioned) are clean and well-maintained. Their complimentary toiletries even come in a well-designed packaging. Something you won't get from other hotels. And oh, the room I stayed at even come with an iperEspresso! Something coffeeholics will surely love.

Overall, Mercure is your place to be to have a break from the busy business districts in Manila. This hotel absolutely meets and goes beyond the Accor standards. Great work, Mercure! :)...

Spotlessly clean room with lots of power outlet options (universal outlets plus 2 USB) and even a HDMI connection to the 43" smart led tv so you can watch movies from your laptop/Youtube on the widescreen tv. Pillows and beddings were also very comfortable and relaxing almost comparable to their Swissotel partner hotel in the AccorHotels group. Very good quality food from their breakfast buffet at Kalesa Cafe on the 3rd floor. The variety was not as many compared to other hotels but still sufficient considering the price so still great value for money. Part of Kalesa Cafe overlooks San Miguel Ave and corporate headquarters. If available, get the left most corner table facing San Miguel building to get a nice view while having breakfast. Open outside smoking area is adjacent to the Kalesa Cafe also overlooking San Miguel Ave. I tried the Accorhotels app early/online check in -- room keycard is already pre-inserted in the room so when you arrive the room is already cool with the aircon already turned on. :) Looking forward to also trying out the rest of the Accorhotels during my...

I stay here for 4 days in January 2018,yery friendly people, the front desk employees and all the other even the room service. There is only one problem I have to discuss, to inform. I think they have really a problem with their air-conditioned. The first room I booked, was really to cold. ONE Couldn't change the temperature, it's always a cold wind, blowing out. I am asking the receptionist for another room and I got one. But in the second room they was the same problem, I am not able to choose a temperature which I desire, or I can choose another temperature, but still cold air is coming out of the air conditioning.
