The worst screen I have ever seen. I went to the 'screening room', which is their most expensive and "best" screen. It is terrible in basically every measurable way. the lighting is horrendous. The exit signs are so bright and close to the screen that they cast a green light across both bottom quarters of the screen. The walkway lighting is so bright that it is immensely distracting. I had to lower myself in my seat and position my popcorn bags to block out the lights from my view. the screen itself is terrible. The blacks levels are awful, anything dark is a pale washed out grey. The projector screen is dirty(?!), so any light scene is ruined by the texture or dirt of the screen. the sound system is pathetic. So weak and unimpressive that you can hear people 8 seats away whispering to each other. the staff forgot to turn the lights off when the movie started! I had to run out and miss the opening section of Alien Romulus so that I could get them to turn the lights off!

Do not give this terrible cinema your money. It's awful...

Ortigas Cinemas Estancia is located inside the new wing of the Estancia mall. When you get to the cinema floor you’ll be greeted with the huge facade with beautifully designed high ceiling and wall. Inside the cinema, seats are modern, nice and comfy. The waiting area has nice lounge chairs and there is also a long table with high chair that you can eat while waiting for the movie schedule. Rest rooms are a but far from the cinema so expect a good long walk to pee. You can buy food from their snack bar or nearby cafe, restos.

Overall, cinema experience is great. Parking area can be improved as you can get easily lost because one floor is dedicated...

No complaints about the cinemas.

Striking two stars off though because there hasn't been any effort to improve the snack bar - the free popcorn and drink for the VIP tier for the longest time has just been plain popcorn and a small bottle of water vs other VIP cinemas (uptown, power plant, etc) which typically offer a choice of popcorn flavors and soda. The only available snack you can buy in their menu aside from plain popcorn are hotdogs. Hoping they'll improve the snack offerings soon because IMO they're an important part of the...
